Our Signature Mat Pilates class is designed for Every Body, whether you’re new to Pilates or have been practicing for years. Using a combination of body weight and props, we’ll bring you through a full-body sequence that builds strength, stability and control.
With plenty of options to modify or challenge each exercise, you’ll move at your own pace while still getting that signature burn.

These pregnancy classes focus on strength, breath, pelvic floor connection, posture, and mobility, helping you feel more comfortable in your changing body and more confident as you prepare for birth and beyond.
Expect a warm, welcoming space to move, exhale, and reconnect.
You are welcome to join our prenatal classes during any stage of pregnancy once you have medical clearance to exercise. You are also welcome to join our Signature Mat Pilates classes during your first trimester, provided you have medical clearance.

Bring your little one along (or not!) for a Pilates class tailored specifically to postnatal mums. This is a safe and supportive space to rebuild strength and rebalance the body after pregnancy and birth. We’ll focus on pelvic floor connection, reactivation of the core and mindful movement.
You’ll also have the chance to connect with other mums and share experiences as you move through this chapter together.
This class is suitable from 6 weeks postpartum with medical clearance to exercise, and we welcome children up to pre-walking. Any parent, caregiver or guardian is also more than welcome to join.
If you have private healthcare insurance, we recommend checking in with your provider who may offer money back on these postnatal classes.
A few helpful details:
We’re located on the first floor, but don’t worry, we have an elevator!
Our hallway has space to leave buggies.
We recommend bringing along a car seat or something for your little one to sit or lie in during class.
If you’re driving, we recommend the Tesco car park next door.

Mat Pilates at Monday Studio blends classical and contemporary Pilates. We often bring in extra props (from hand weights to bands, balls and blocks) to keep you engaged, challenged, and having fun.

We teach a range of class types, so we can meet you where you are at on your movement journey. If you would prefer a more personal approach, private sessions are available too, just drop us a line.

A willingness to learn and a sense of humour (it’s cheesy…we know)!
Grip socks are highly recommended, as they keep you safe and secure. If you don’t have a pair or forget to bring them, don’t worry. You can purchase our grip socks here or in studio (just ask your coach before class).
A water bottle is highly recommended.
A medium-large towel is required if you are joining our Hot Pilates class.
Comfortable clothes that you can move and sweat in.
A reusable cup is recommended if you fancy a complimentary cup of tea before or after class. We have paper cups available but we like to reduce waste where we can!
