  • Our Private 1-to-1 or Small Group Mat Pilates sessions are tailored entirely to you, whether you’re brand new, returning after a break, or looking to refine your practice.

    Together, we’ll focus on the fundamentals of Pilates while adapting each exercise to suit your body, your goals, and your pace.

    This is a full-body workout designed to build strength, flexibility, mobility and control, with plenty of guidance and support along the way.

  • Mat Pilates is a floor-based workout that strengthens your core, improves posture and flexibility, and helps you move with more awareness and control. It’s all about using your body intelligently, focusing on precise movements that leave you stronger, more balanced, and more connected in everyday life.

    Mat Pilates at Monday Studio blends classical and contemporary Pilates. We often bring in extra props (from hand weights to bands, balls and blocks) to keep you engaged, challenged, and having fun.

  • We might be here a while! Mat Pilates strengthens your core, improves posture, increases joint mobility, and wakes up muscles you didn’t even know you had, all in a low-impact way that feels kind to your joints.

  • Mat Pilates is ideal for anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their body. Whether you’re completely new to exercise or already active, in your 20s or your 70s, looking for more stretch or more strength, we have a class for you.

    We teach a range of class types, so we can meet you where you are at on your movement journey. If you would prefer a more personal approach, private sessions are available too, just drop us a line.

  • Woohoo, we can’t wait to see you in the studio!

    Decide which class type you would like to join, then check out our class timetable to get booked in.

    • A willingness to learn and a sense of humour (it’s cheesy…we know)!

    • Grip socks are highly recommended, as they keep you safe and secure. If you don’t have a pair or forget to bring them, don’t worry. You can purchase our grip socks here or in studio (just ask your coach before class).

    • A water bottle is highly recommended.

    • A medium-large towel is required if you are joining our Hot Pilates class.

    • Comfortable clothes that you can move and sweat in.

    • A reusable cup is recommended if you fancy a complimentary cup of tea before or after class. We have paper cups available but we like to reduce waste where we can!

  • We can’t wait for you to get here! We know that showing up to a new place for the first time can sometimes feel intimidating. We’ve got you.
