  • Exercise during pregnancy is not only safe for most people, but it’s highly beneficial and recommended.

Prenatal Pilates, in particular, is a gentle yet effective way to support your changing body.

Some of the numerous benefits include: improved aerobic and muscular fitness, strengthening of the deep core and pelvic floor muscles (which can reduce back pain, improve posture, and support your growing bump), promotion of appropriate weight gain and facilitation of labour. Regular movement can also boost circulation, ease swelling, improve sleep, and enhance overall mood and energy levels.

Our physio-led classes are designed with pregnancy in mind, offering safe modifications and a focus on controlled, mindful movement.

As always, it’s important to check with your healthcare provider before starting or continuing any exercise routine during pregnancy, especially if you have any specific medical considerations.

  • A calm, nourishing way to keep moving through pregnancy - safely, gently, and with a little extra support where you need it most.

This 6-week course is led by Carly Blackburn, a women's health physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. These pregnancy classes focus on strength, breath, pelvic floor connection, posture, and mobility, helping you feel more comfortable in your changing body and more confident as you prepare for birth and beyond.

Expect a warm, welcoming space to move, exhale, and reconnect.

  • This course is suitable during any stage of pregnancy once you have medical clearance to exercise. You are also welcome to join our Signature Mat Pilates classes during your first trimester, provided you have medical clearance.

Before joining this course, you’ll be asked to complete a clearance form. Depending on your responses, Carly may recommend that you attend a Movement Consultation first, to make sure the course is the right fit for you and that you can take part safely and confidently.

  • The course is 6 weeks (i.e. one class per week for 6 weeks).

  • This 6-week course is €144 for 6 weeks (i.e. €24 per class). In order to secure your spot on the course, we ask you to pay the full amount in advance.

    A little tip:
If you have private healthcare insurance, we recommend checking in with your provider who may offer money back on these classes.

  • Given our limited number of spots on this course, unfortunately missed classes can’t be refunded.

  • Everyone interested in joining our next available course dates is required to complete a Clearance Form.

Carly, our Women’s Health Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor, will assess your clearance form. Depending on your answers, she will be in touch via email to either:

    a) clear you to join the course (sharing a booking link)

    b) or she will require you to join her for a 30mins 1-2-1 Movement Consultation prior to joining the course. This is a lovely opportunity for you to chat through and assess your movement properly, making sure the class feels safe, supportive, and suitable for you.

  • Bring your little one along (or not!) for a 6-week course of Reformer Pilates classes tailored specifically to postnatal mums.

Led by Carly Blackburn, a Women's Health Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, this is a safe and supportive space to rebuild strength and rebalance the body after pregnancy and birth. We’ll focus on pelvic floor connection, reactivation of the core and mindful movement.
