Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that life happens! To help keep things fair for everyone, we ask that all class and private session cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel after that window, the session will be fully charged.

You can cancel anytime through our online booking system. Please note that, as much as we would love to apply this policy on a case by case basis, we don’t have the bandwidth and therefore must apply this policy regardless of individual circumstance. We hope you understand!

Class Waitlist Policy

If a class is fully booked, you’re welcome to join the waitlist.

If a spot becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically moved into the class up until 2 hours before the class start time. You’ll receive an email notification if you’re added from the waitlist, so keep an eye on your inbox!

If you are on the waitlist but can no longer make the class, please make sure you cancel your spot on the waitlist. This opens up a place for someone else and also means you won’t get charged for the class if you get given a spot within our cancellation window (within 24hrs of the class start time).

Please note: it is the client’s responsibility to remove themselves from the waitlist if they know they will no longer be able to attend, as usual cancellation policies apply.

Teacher Substitutions

Sometimes our teachers need a break too, or life throws them a curveball. We reserve the right to substitute instructors when needed. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds when this happens, but rest assured, all of our teachers are amazing!

Health & Safety

To keep everyone safe and moving well, we ask that all Monday Studio clients be over 16 years old to attend Reformer Pilates classes.

Before your first visit, you’ll need to complete a liability waiver within our booking system process.

If you have any health conditions, or if anything changes over time, it’s vitally important that you let us know. We’re here to support you.

Class Pack Agreement Terms

All packs purchased have an expiry date. Please make sure to check your expiry date to ensure you get the full use of your pack.

Class packs are just for you, which means they can’t be shared, split, or transferred to someone else. We’re not able to offer refunds on partially used packs, and monthly packs can’t be extended, so please make sure to book in and enjoy your sessions before they expire!

While we do our best to keep your favourite teachers on the schedule, we can’t guarantee who will be teaching each class. But rest assured, every instructor brings their own magic.

Class packs / series that have already been partially used are non-refundable and non-transferable to other clients. Changed your mind? If you haven’t used your class pack or series yet, you’re welcome to request a refund within 2 weeks of purchase. Just a heads-up: a processing fee of €10 applies to all full refunds, given a percentage of each payment goes to our software and/or payment provider.

Class Booking Policy

Want to book a class for someone else? No problem! Just add them as a family member to your account. Just a heads-up: clients can only attend if the booking is under their own name.

We do our best to keep things consistent, but sometimes we may need to adjust teachers, class times, or class types.
