what’s all the fuss about?

  • Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout done on a spring-based machine (the Reformer) that moves with you. Using a carriage, springs, and straps, it adds just the right amount of resistance to help you build strength, control, and stability, both in class and in everyday life.

The reformer machine looks a little fancy, but really, it’s just clever engineering that helps you move better, challenging your muscles, supporting your body, and leaving you feeling more balanced, aware, and connected.

  • How long do you have?! Reformer Pilates builds a strong core, improves posture, increases flexibility & mobility, and strengthens muscles across the full body…muscles that you didn’t even know you had! Because it’s low on impact (but high on efficiency), it does all this while being kind to your joints.

    Everyday Movement Made Easier
Reformer Pilates makes everyday life feel a little less…well, hard. Carrying the shopping, climbing stairs, sitting at a desk all day. Suddenly it all feels smoother. You learn to move with control and awareness, so you tackle your day feeling capable, confident, and in charge of your body.

The Perfect Complement to Other Forms of Exercise
Whether you lift, run, cycle, or play other sport, Reformer Pilates has your back. It works those deep, stabilising muscles that often get missed in other workouts, improving your posture, control and form. That means less risk of injury and better performance in whatever you love doing, from gym workouts to matches and weekend adventures.

    Mind-Body Connection
Focusing on breath, control and precise movement improves body awareness, calms the nervous system and sharpens focus. You’ll leave class feeling more grounded, coordinated, and in control, both on and off the reformer.

  • Whether you’re aged 20 or 70, a seasoned pro or a total beginner, you’re going to love Reformer Pilates. It’s suitable for all ages and fitness levels, including beginners. We teach a range of class levels, so we can meet you where you are at on your movement journey. We also offer private classes, in case you would prefer this to a group setting. Just get in touch!
