Where? Belgrave Square, Rathmines. Depending on numbers, we will either be in the middle of the main grass section, or on the upper level behind the playground (don't worry, it's a small park, you won't miss us)!

What should I bring? A mat, towel or rug, some water, a mug for an after-class cuppa.

What happens if it rains? You'll receive a cancellation email from us by 5pm on the day of the class. So please check your emails! If you don't hear from us, the class will go ahead!

Can no longer make it? We have limited capacity and a waitlist, so please cancel your spot if you can no longer join. You can cancel your class by logging into the Mindbody App, or by logging into your Monday Studio account by heading to our website and clicking 'login | register' in the main menu.

Who is Park Pilates for?
Maybe you’re already a Pilates addict, maybe you’ve always wanted to give it a go, or maybe you’re open to a new form of low-impact exercise that will strengthen your body and alleviate chronic issues such as back pain or stiffness. If so, this class is for you! Each class caters for all abilities, including complete beginners.
